Having defined the difference between a Citizen and Civilian, we reach into the pool of rights and privileges and Duties.

A citizen will have duties to the country that a civilian will not. Voting will be one of those. Serving as representation of his/her locale will be another. These are not privileged positions but demanded duties thereof. Similar to current standards of Jury Duty in today's society. A Civilian would not be required to serve these duties or positions. Establishing Rights is an intent of this page. Privileges are decided by laws, Rights are protected from laws.

Defining those duties of a Citizen is the intent of this page.
